Role

The Head of School will be responsible for overseeing the entire academic and administrative operations of Banjara Kids, ensuring that the school’s philosophy, curriculum, and daily functioning meet the highest standards.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Education or relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a preschool or early childhood education setting.
  • Strong communication, management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for early childhood education and entrepreneurial pedagogy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the preschool.
  • Develop and implement policies to support the school’s vision.
  • Manage staff and facilitate professional development.
